Pooran shares his IPL 2021 scores, says will use them as motivation

Nicholas Pooran was one of the stars who had a lackluster performances in the Indian Premier League 2021. Pooran had 4 zeroes, 9 and 19. The latter came against Kolkata Knight Riders.

Despite given multiple opportunities by Punjab Kings, Pooran couldn’t turn things around. However, due to increasing coronavirus cases in the bio bubble, tournament got suspended and the stars had to return as early as possible.

Pooran, who had reached his country, took to social media to share the ESPN Cricinfo image that displayed his performances in the tournament. He wrote that he will use the image as motivation to make strong comeback.

“The suspension of the tournament and the reasons behind it are heart breaking, but neccessary. See you soon IPL!

In the meantime I’ll be using this picture as my motivation to come back stronger than ever. Keep safe everyone,” Pooran wrote.

Indian Premier League got postponed recently after 4 out of 8 teams had reported coronavirus cases. BCCI is currently looking for the perfect slot in the calendar to continue the tournament and they are also discussing regarding the venue.
