Actor Sushant Singh death by suicide is currently investigated by Mumbai Police and the Police have interrogated many stars, celebrities for the case, including Rhea Chakraborty.
Now, Sushant’s father has filed a FIR against actor Rhea Chakraborty.
Quoting a cop from Patna, ANI had confirmed, “FIR registered against actor Rhea Chakraborty under various sections, including abetment of suicide, on the complaint of #SushantSinghRajput’s father: Sanjay Singh, Inspector General, Patna Central Zone”.
The First Information Report (FIR) also names six others including her family members. A four-member team of Patna Police has already left for Mumbai to probe the case.
Charges against Rhea Chakraborty:
IPC Section 306 – Abetment of suicide
IPC Section 341 – Punishment for wrongful restraint
IPC Section 342 – Punishment for wrongful confinement
IPC Section 380 – Theft in dwelling house
IPC Section 406 – Punishment for criminal breach of trust
This is the first time the late actor’s family filed a FIR for the case.
Earlier, Rhea Chakraborty called for a CBI inquiry for the case.
In a lengthy post before that, the 28-year-old actor opened up about the bond she shared with him saying, “Still struggling to face my emotions… an irreparable numbness in my heart… You are the one who made me believe in love.”
