Wayanad: Rahul Gandhi provides 175 smart TVs for tribal students for online education

Ever since the lockdown began, the school classes were taken online. However, not everyone has the facility to the internet.

Keeping the same in mind, Kerala launched ‘first bell’ program. Based on the initiative, The government is using KITE VICTERS channel to stream classes on Television.

However, the Wayanad tribal kids had no access to the same as well.

Pointing out the same, Rahul Gandhi wrote a letter to Kerala’s CM Pinrayi Vijayan and district collector Adeela Abdullah. The latter provided the figures and Rahul Gandhi donated them Televisions.

He first came forward to donate 50 Televisions at first during his birthday and now he donated more than 100 Televisions for the kids.
