We have to celebrate his life: AR Rahman on SPB

Music Composer AR Rahman shared a video message to pay tribute to late singer SPB.

SPB had corona complications for a few months now and had passed away on Friday. He was 74.

AR Rahman in the video said that SPB was a part of our culture.

“Growing up in South India, SPB is part of our culture. His voice is part of our culture.

He is part of our victories, love, devotion and joy. And this loss. I won’t say it’s a loss. I think we have to celebrate his life.

Because he has given or shared so much of his gifts with us, that we can only celebrate and not brood over his death. Because what happens, happens!”
