While fan fights are common in India, things went overboard here in Tamil Nadu.
On Thursday (April 23), Vijay’s fan M Yuvaraj (aged 22) and his neighbour were involved in a heated argument with Rajinikanth’s fan A Dinesh Babu (aged 22).
Dinesh and Yuvaraj are close friends and they tried to prove their respective stars provided more funds.
The things went out of hands when Dinesh pushed Yuvaraj down. Yuvaraj died on spot after suffering injuries.
While Yuvaraj’s body is sent to autopsy, the Marakanam police arrested Dinesh for investigation.
