England superstar Lauren Winfield and former Queensland Fire, Brisbane Heat cricketer Courtney Hill tied the knot in a closed ceremony recently.
The couple has been dating for a long time now and is living together in the United Kingdom.
While Lauren Winfield continued to shine in cricket, Courtney Hill moved the country from Australia, took up Rugby is currently with Leeds Rhinos who won the Women’s Super League in 2019.
Hill, however, in one of the interviews, said that she is not writing off cricket completely and is tempted to return with The Hundred.
“I’m not going to write cricket off and cricket’s doing amazing things over here,” Hill said. “Given that rugby league is so amateur, I’m tempted to switch back, I’m going to be honest. Whether that’d be playing or coaching I really want to sink my teeth into that.”
Winfield is all set to play for Northern Superchargers in The Hundred.
