Sonu Sood airlifts 177 girls stuck in Kerala

After helping out migrant workers to reach home, Sonu Sood recently airlifted 170+ workers who got stuck in Kerala.

These girls have been doing the stitching and embroidery work at a local factory and had nowhere to go soon after the factory was closed down due to COVID-19. They are from a village near Bhubaneshwar.

According to TOI, Sonu Sood was informed about the girls through a friend in Bhubaneshwar and the actor took charge. He got the necessary permission to open the airport from Kochi to Bhubaneshwar and he also arranged the necessary transport to take them to their village which takes two hours from Bhubaneshwar.
