T20 WC, 7th match,ENG v TL: England take on freesprited Thailand

The former World Champions are not looking in great shape, blame the sudden changes. Of course, they have the talent and everything but the mind set is keeping them away from their best.

They lost it completely against Sri Lanka in the warmups, failed to make it to the final of the triseries earlier and now, they lost a nail biter against South Africa who never defeated them in the T20 World Cups.

The retirement of major players like Taylor, Marsh is certainly having some effect on them.

Today, as they go against Thailand, all they want is some good performances at the top. They need Jones and Wyatt come good for them, finding the form.

For Thailand though, they were positive in the first match and they will be here as well. They will be playing a freesprited game and will try to put England under pressure.

England is too good for the team to come up with their best. Having said that, it is T20 and anything can happen.

More than the win, Thailand will be grateful for the experience they will be gaining today.
