Police have registered an FIR against Pakistan spinner Yasir Shah along with his friend on allegations of harassment, molesting and threatening of a minor.
According to the complaint filed with the Shalimar police in Lahore, Yasir Shah’s friend had kidnapped her on gunpoint, raped her and had threatened her with the videos he made.
Shah had allegedly threatened the girl’s aunt when she was going to the Police to make a complaint.
Now, the case was registered against Shah and his friend under sections 292-B and 292-C, 376 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
Shah is yet to comment on the issue.
Pakistan Cricket Board are currently gathering information regarding the case.
“We have noted that some allegations have been levelled against one of our Centrally Contracted players. The PCB is presently gathering information and will only offer a comment when in possession of the complete facts”
