India conduct highest COVID19 tests single day; Recovery date 66%

India conducted highest COVID19 sample tests in a single day with 6,61,715 in last one day, said Ministry of Health.

The total number of cases have reached 18,55,745. There was an one-day jump of 52,050 in the cases in last 24 hours. The number of patients discharged yesterday was 44306.

In a positive note, more than 12,00,000 people have recovered from the deadly disease. The number stands at 12,30,509.

While the death cases surged to 38,938, the active cases are 5,86,298.

Maharashtra had 10221 people discharged yesterday and Tamil Nadu had 5800. Andhra Pradesh also recorded 5786 numbers.
