FIFA World Cup is on fire all across the world as many countries’ football teams compete with each other on this platform but the only person who set the stage on fire with her spectacular performance was the Bollywood actor and Dancer, Nora Fatehi.
The actor dazzled the stage, brighter than ever before with her dance moves on 29th November 2022 in Al Bidda Park in Doha, Qatar. Al Bidda Park is also considered the heart of Doha and we would see many global artists coming and performing at Al Bidda Park until the end of FIFA World Cup 2022.
She danced to a few of her Bollywood and Hollywood hit songs such as Dirty little secret, Saki saki, Dilbar, Manike and others, which made the audience groove. She also sang the FIFA World Cup’s official anthem “Light the Sky” along with Rahma Riad, Balqees, Manal and others.
A video of her grooving to this anthem at the stadium went viral all over social media and she captioned the video saying “That moment when u hear ur voice at the world cup stadium @fifaworldcup this was so surreal! Its milestones like this make the journey so worth it. I Always envisioned moments like this, I’m Just a Dreamer with a hunger to make those dreams come alive! From a regular singular girl in the hood to this…. Believe in Ur self-guys, and never let anybody tell you You Can’t! Ur dreams are never too big! Many laughed at me at the start but we are out here!! And this is just the beginning…” (sic)
After her performance, she also interacted with her fans. In one of the videos, she was seen with a fan holding the Indian flag. She asks for the flag and waved the tricolour up high on the stage and said “India is not a part of the FIFA World Cup, but we are now in spirit through our music, through our dance”.
Not just this but she also made the audience shout out loud “JaiHind”, the Morocco-born girl has truly become the Indian girl and the only Indian actor to perform at this Prestigious Tournament.
