COVID19: Pune man wears Gold Mask worth Rs 2.89 Lakhs

Due to the pandemic, wearing a mask is essential whenever you are going out. People are coming up with different ideas to show their creativity with the masks.

Now, a man in the Pimpri-Chinchwad region of Pune, identified as Shankar Kurade, is covering his face with a mask made of gold.

The mask has tiny holes in it, so there is no breathing trouble. However, he is not sure of the effectiveness of the mask.

The news agency ANI wrote on their Twitter page-
“Maharashtra: Shankar Kurade, a resident of Pimpri-Chinchwad of Pune district, has got himself a mask made of gold worth Rs 2.89 Lakhs. Says, “It’s a thin mask with minute holes so that there’s no difficulty in breathing. I’m not sure whether this mask will be effective.” #COVID19″

India’s coronavirus numbers have crossed six Lakhs with more than 18,000 deaths.
