The New Zealand team has announced the squad for the upcoming World Cup T20 as well as the India series. The team has added Todd Astle, the spinner. However, there is no place for Finn Allen, Colin de Grandhomme.
Kane Williamson will lead the side with Trent Boult, Kyle Jamieson, Tim Southee leading the pacer attack while Mitchell Santner and Ish Sodhi leading the spin.
The team has included Tim Seifert, Glenn Phillips, Mark Chapman, Devon Conway for the batting attack while Daryl Mitchell and Jimmy Neesham are the all-rounders. Adam Milne has been added as the injury cover.
