A Haryana doctor reportedly harassed a nurse and was beaten up for the same.
The doctor belongs to a Civil Hospital in Panchkula. He reportedly misbehaved with a nurse in his department, psychiatry.
The nurse told her seniors and all the nurses gathered to beat the doctor. A video of the same is making rounds in social media.
Now, the doctor has been transferred out of the hospital and an FIR is filed against him. Panchkula chief medical officer Dr Jasjeet Kaur also reached the spot.
“The internal committee on sexual harassment has taken cognizance of the complaint and initiated an inquiry. The doctor already has been shunted out of the hospital,” said the CMO.
A special team of Haryana’s state women commission reached the spot and has met the nurse.
