Jayant Yadav has replaced Washington Sundar in the upcoming ODI series squad against South Africa.
Washington Sundar, who was supposed to join the Indian team, had tested positive for COVID19 and has been ruled out of the series.
Since there is not much time to bring in another player, blame the quarantine rules, India have opted for Jayant Yadav. The all-rounder is already in South Africa and is a part of Test squad. Yadav had already played in one ODI in 2016.
On the other hand, Navdeep Saini will replace injured Mohammad Siraj for the series. Siraj had picked up hamstring injury during the second Test.
