Day two of the Bigg Boss 5 Tamil show begins with “Naanga Vera maari” song. We see that most of the contestants are already up before the song.
8:55 am
Ciby says Pavni’s accent is like Rajinikanth’s. He even gives a lengthy punch line and asks her to repeat it. Priyanka then wants everyone to talk as if they are in mega serial. Imman Annachi and Priyanka have fun doing the same. She then decide to cook omelette for the day.
9:30 AM
Priyanka and Pavni cuts vegetables for cooking while Akshara Reddy cooks. Abhishek pulls Priyanka’s legs. Later, Abhishek says that he doesn’t see Priyanka as an enemy but she does. Priyanka jovially replies that she doesn’t believe him. She adds that she is ready to take him as a friend but not as teammate. Abhishek smiles and leaves.
She asks Imman Annachi if he had seen Abhishek’s videos, she makes fun of Abhishek, telling that he does videos like a crazy person. After a bit of laughter, Priyanka adds that he is good in the house but only time will tell.
12:45 pm
Iyakki Berry teaches Imman Annachi to do a video reel. She teaches him a few english words but Imman Annachi turns it funny and everybody share a good laugh. Imman Annachi calls Iyakki Berry “Sooniya Kaara Kezhavi” and everyone laughs again.
3:05 pm
We see Niroop trying to catch a few girls who are running. Bigg Boss then calls Ciby to confession room. The confession room has been remodeled and looks different from previous season.
Bigg Boss asks Ciby to call everyone to living room and hands him a letter to read. He does the same.
The letter is about Week 1’s luxury budget task.
The task name is “oru kadha sollatuma”. The contestants are asked to share a few important moments from their life. It could be anything, be it their struggles or fun moments. They would be given three set of emojis- Like emojis, Dislike Emojis and heart emojis.
In a different room, There is a board with teammates’ faces on it. When a teammate share a story, others must rate it by giving them a like, dislike or heart emoji.
4:05 pm
They all move to that room and Bigg Boss ask Isaivani to open up first. She talks about her family background.
Dad is a musician and he was working elsewhere. They still live in a rented house and her mom used to work in post office where her salary was 7rs. She never had clothes to change those days and her first outfit was 30rs. She always wanted to wear more clothes but never had any. The family had to move different places because they couldn’t pay rent. Everytime they move, the neighbors would make fun of their situation. She never paid her fees on time and stood out for most of the days. Her brother had to stop school in order to go to work. He was 15 at that time. Her cousins were cruel to her family and never even helped her brother when the family asked for money for his education. The family even thought of ending life.
Today, she did all the hard work, began to sing more and is running her family. She explains how she began to sing Gaana more and today her life is different. She adds that the life would change for everyone someone and asks them to work towards it.
We see her shed tears, so does most of the contestant. Right after she finishes her story, Niroop is the first one to give her a heart. She gets 11 likes and 6 hearts.

Iyakki Berry cries hugging Isaivani, tells that she is deeply touched by the story.

Chinnaponnu is the next one to share her story. She is from Sivagangai district and is one of eight members in the family. Her father was into music while mother was daily wage worker. The family never saw rice and had only Koozh for food. She would ask her friends to share food with her and that’s how she had rice. She began to sing before 100 to 200 people during festivals in village and that’s how her singing began. Then she got married to a musician. It was a love marriage without any support. She had a kid and all three would go on tour for programme in different places. Her salary was 20rs while had 15 to 20rs. During one of those journey, she slept while traveling in bus. Her kid fell from her lap and was below her feet in bus for a while. She suddenly woke up and save her kid.
Even her husband’s family wasn’t well-to-do and he had to take care of them too. It took them years to build a tiny house for themselves. Despite all struggles, she says that she would never give up the art and one unfulfilled wish is that she couldn’t do much for her parents as they are no more now.
Thus, she is taking care of her other artists who are struggling due to low income. This is one of the reasons why she came to Bigg Boss. She ends the talk with a song and every single contestant cries their heart out. She gets 10 likes and 6 hearts.
Raju is the only one to give her a dislike. He tells that her song makes him feel more than the way she had narrated her story. He adds that the artist’s job is to hide these sadness and make people laugh. Chinnaponnu agrees.
10:00 PM
We see Raju, Chinnaponnu and Imman Annachi talk about the day and how Imman Annachi would go about his story.
Later we see Abhishek, Raju sing a song. Then the whole contestants do a “gummi aatam”.
Abhinay is seen talking to Chinnaponnu about the day where he tells that he got impressed by the way she is helping other artists and that’s why he gave her a heart.
Imman Annachi is seen explaining his name to Pavni and Isaivani. With that, the day ends.
