Bigg Boss 5 Tamil Day 55 begins with Bigg Boss announcement. Bigg Boss informs the contestants regarding Mr Kamal Hassan’s health and then we see Kamal’s video call.
He warns the audience regarding COVID19 and how vaccination has helped him get well in time. He then meets the contestants who wish him well.
Kamal then introduces Ramya Krishnan who will be hosting the show for the week.
We then see what had happened on Friday. Imman and Iyakki are seen discussing Raju’s question during the truth or dare round.
Pavni and Ameer were seen talking. Pavni asks who is his favourite contestant as he has seen the show from outside. He says that Pavni is her favourite contestant.
Sanjeev organizes a tiny round where he asks all contestants to name someone who had surprised them with their special quality.

Akshara complains about Ciby to Raju and then she is seen crying. Varun tries to console her.
She says that Ciby might be performing his task but he has no right to overdo it and shout at her the way he did.
Bigg Boss announces a task. It is a treasure hunt. Contestants are split into two groups and one contestant from each group with go head to head. Bigg Boss will give a riddle regarding a place in the house where a gift is kept. Team B wins the round.
Pavni asks Ameer whether he had seen anyone talk about Abhinay-Pavni in a bad way.
Priyanka then talks to Ameer regarding her friendship with Abhishek and Niroop.
Ramya Krishnan talks to all contestants and then tells her opinion about them.
Akshara- Playing her game well but she is very emotional. She is crying always and asks her to be strong.
Varun- He is like Cyclone, unexpected.
Niroop- She asks about his hair.
Thamarai- She is like “Kanni Vedi”. Monday-Friday she is more of a volcano but on weekends, she is very soft.
Sanjeev- Since he had seen the show so far, Ramya Krishnan wants to know whether it is an advantage/disadvantage. He says that it is very disadvantage as we see only bits and pieces.
He says that the contestants are very different inside the house and Thamarai is one of them.
Raju- He has a good sense of humour but would love to see another side of him.
Imman Annachi- She says that he is very cute, especially, during the school round.
Ciby- He is always in the game mode and asks him to smile more.
Iyakki- She says that she loves her hair very much now, after black dye.
Ameer- She asks her to make use of the opportunity as it will not come for many.
Priyanka- She is a big fan of her laugh and says she loves her always.
Abhishek- Since he always gives an example for literally everything, she asks her to give a “uvamai” to her as well. He says one which makes her blush.
Pavni- She is playing her game well and her Thamizh has improved too.
Ramya then analyzes the student task round.
She asks what the contestants had understood about the task. She says that none of the students did the task properly.
Priyanka says that she did well on the first day but couldn’t do the same on other days. Akshara says that she didn’t get much space to show her naughtiness as the teachers didn’t take care of the household work.
Ramya Krishnan asks Ciby to analyse himself.
She then asks Akshara regarding the issue that had happened during that round. Akshara says that she couldn’t take the scolding and yelling from Ciby as he went overboard. Akshara says that she felt targeted.
Ramya Krishnan asks about Imman Annachi regarding the same, he says that he was very strict.
She then asks Raju to tell all the five kurals immediately and he says only four and forgets the fifth one.
Ramya Krishnan says that it is very difficult for Raju himself and asks how it would be for someone who didn’t know the language.
We then see a short film regarding the whole incident.
Everyone says their opinion regarding the incident.
Ramya Krishnan appreciates the way Abhinay had handled the situation.
She advices Ciby to make sure to use his power properly, advices Akshara to control her anger as it might hurt everyone.
We then see all the contestants discuss the situation.
