Bigg Boss 5 Tamil Day 85 begins with Ameer and Pavni conversation. Ameer says that Sanjeev, Ameer and Pavni must start playing well now as there are only a few days left. Pavni says that he is playing the game well but she needs to improve.
Bigg Boss open nomination begins. Contestants must nominate two members each and must tell reason before everyone.

Thamarai and Raju shocked to hear that.

Everyone is nominated for the week.
Bigg Boss says that everyone must focus on every single game now as only 21 days more.
Thamarai apologizes to Niroop for nominating him. On the other hand, Pavni and Priyanka make fun of Thamarai’s reason.
Niroop advises Thamarai to focus on her game as it is important.
Pavni is confused with Ameer nominating her. She asks him what was happening and questions him why he had nominated her.
Ameer says that he couldn’t focus because of her that’s why he had nominated her. She is confused and Ameer says that she will understand soon.
Raju makes hilarious commentary while they all wait for the dinner party.
The ticket to the finale task is announced. There will be multiple rounds this week and the last person standing will reach the final directly.
Task for the day- Everyone must discuss and pick a contestant who doesn’t deserve to go to the finale directly, they must give a black colour rose to that person. They must do it while eating dinner.
Ciby- He wants Niroop to leave as many had nominated him during the open nomination.
Pavni- She wants Raju to leave as he is always confident that people would save him and doesn’t do much during the physical tasks.
Niroop and Raju defend themselves.
Priyanka nominates Niroop as well. She says that she cannot fight with him during the physical tasks and she wants him to leave. Niroop gets angry and says that either Priyanka or him should stay inside the house.
Thamarai- She wants Pavni to leave. She recalls an early conversation she had with Pavni where Pavni said that she never thought she would survive 80-plus days. Pavni points out how Thamarai had told the same earlier. Everyone laughs at it as Thamarai forgets what she wanted to talk about.
Niroop- He wants Priyanka to leave as this victory would change everything for contestants like Thamarai but for Priyanka, this is just a bucket list. Priyanka gets angry for the same.
Sanjeev- He points out how Thamarai is confident that people would save her.
Raju- He says Pavni because Pavni had nominated him.
Ameer- He says that Thamarai is different to everyone and is difficult to judge her even today.
She defends herself.
Pavni- She says that Raju might prove himself in physical task this time and therefore, she would go for Thamarai.
Since Thamarai and Niroop get equal votes, therefore, Raju decides to change his vote from Pavni to Niroop.
Niroop changes his vote to Thamarai and because of that, Thamarai changes her vote to Niroop.
Once again, the number of votes between these two contestants are the same. Others try to discuss to come to a solution. On the other hand, Niroop and Thamarai talk about it.
Thamarai says that she is very confident that people will save her. Therefore, she is ready to give the chance to Niroop.
Pavni changes her vote to Niroop and therefore, it goes to 5-3. Niroop gets eliminated from the direct ticket to the finale. Others make it to the next round.
Thamarai asks everyone what Niroop would do now. Priyanka says that he cannot play this week but there will be some tasks for him next week. Pavni says that she wouldn’t ask that if anyone else was nominated there. Thamarai says that she would definitely ask.
Thamarai says that she doesn’t understand the game still. Sanjeev gets irritated because of the same as she has been telling this for a long time and it is already 80-plus days inside the house.
Priyanka questions Thamarai about the same and Thamarai rants about how she doesn’t understand tasks and everything. Priyanka gets angry and leaves the place.
Ciby and Niroop console Thamarai, Ciby explains why Priyanka got irritated.
