Day 43 of Bigg Boss 5 Tamil begins with Bigg Boss announcing that this week is Water coin round. Varun will control the week. He also announces a few rules for the week.
-Contestants must listen to Varun’s order
-He will have the whole control of the restroom and the water in the house
-Water will work only when Varun keeps the coin in its place and if it is not there, the water will be stopped.
-If there is no water, contestants must fetch it from the garden area where there one must pump it by pedaling cycle.
– All the contestants must brush their teeth and must show it to Varun. If he is not satisfied, he can ask them to brush again
– He can make anyone to bath at anytime
While everyone is bathing, Varun removes the coin and Priyanka shouts at him as she was bathing. The incident turns into a laughing riot.
This week’s captaincy task- Kalakka Povadhu Yaaru.
Four fish bowls will be there in the garden area. Each one for captaincy task participants. There will be conical flask filled with color water in the other end for other contestants.
The other contestants must pick one conical flask and they will have to pour into either of the fish bowl, whom they believe is not capable for captain.
Each captaincy participant must campaign for themselves as well as must talk the poor quality of the other participant. In the end, the participant with less amount of color water will be picked as the leader.
Captaincy participants- Iyakki, Niroop, Priyanka, Ciby.
Iyakki and Priyanka exchange a few words which stuns Priyanka.
The round gets started again as everyone gets the same number of votes.
Thamarai questions Priyanka-Niroop’s friendship. She asks if it is fake as Priyanka told that it is all about game and winning the game in Bigg Boss house. Priyanka gets annoyed because of the question and she explains how it is completely different. She says that Niroop and Priyanka will always be close but when it comes to the game, they will look to win it.
Priyanka gets the lowest votes this time and she becomes the leader for the week.
Varun clarifies to Priyanka that they were not laughing at Priyanka-Niroop’s friendship but was the questions Thamarai had asked. They didn’t think that Thamarai would come up with these.
Priyanka picks up the head for the groceries and select Abhinay and Isaivani. Imman Annachi wants someone else while everyone else is okay with it.
Thamarai then points out how Isaivani dominated while she was the leader of the kitchen. Isaivani begins to fight as well. Their fight gets bigger with time. However, Priyanka consoles and cools them down. Since Isai leaves the place, Priyanka picks Ciby instead of her.
Nomination for the week begins.

Thamarai says to Priyanka that she wants to get eliminated. Priyanka motivates her by reminding from where she came and for what she is fighting.
Imman, Isaivani, Ciby, Raju talk about Thamarai and how she had manipulated words before Kamal Hassan last week. She says she doesn’t want to talk about her anymore.
Later, Thamarai talks to Ciby about the same fight and explains her point of view.
