Day 36 of the Bigg Boss 5 Tamil begins with the Bigg Boss announcement that it is the week of the element air. Bigg Boss asks Pavni to sit in the thorn and rule the week.
Priyanka reads the rules for the week.
- They must ask Pavni’s permission to enter the living room.
- If someone is breaking the rule, she can give them punishment.
- Pavni must pick her assistant
- She must tell Bigg Boss on every single night regarding the worst performers for the day.
Pavni picks Thamarai as her assistant and instructs her to take care of the house.
Niroop is the first one to get the punishment, Pavni makes him walk her as Gorilla.
Isai says to Pavni that she wants to become the leader of the house and it is going to anger most of the contestants in the house.
Pavni then asks Ciby to dance as a task to enter the living room.
We then see the Leadership task for the week. The name of the task is ‘Bommalaattam’.
The Blue team, which won the Senbagame Senbagame round, qualified as the participants for the leadership task.
The Bommalaattam task- There will be a few stray statues with a pot on the top. Each statue will have a picture of the captaincy round participants.
The other contestants, the orange team, will be given the opportunity to pick the leader.
Each contestant from that team will get an opportunity to break the stray statue. They can break one statue and the respective participant will be eliminated from the captaincy task.
Each participant can do campaigns through their speech to get the votes of the other contestants.
Niroop begs to Raju and others to help him out. Priyanka, Akshara, Abhinay have their own speech as well.
Later, Abhinay-Priyanka and Niroop get into a fight. Abhinay and Priyanka say that they didn’t like the negative campaign of Niroop’s (Niroop wasn’t talking about his plus but Priyanka’s minus). Niroop argues that it is also a strategy.
Ciby breaks Akshara’s first, Raju breaks Niroop, Thamarai breaks Madhumitha’s, Isai takes Varun down and in the end, Priyanka and Abhinay are left.
Imman Annachi does ‘Inky Pinky Ponky’ and takes down Priyanka’s. Abhinay wins the round.
However, Isaivani uses her coin to become the leader for the week. Bigg Boss accepts the same and announces that Isaivani will be the servant for everyone this week. There will be a bell placed in the living room and every single contestant will have to ring it for food.
Isai has to make it, serve it and then clean their vessels as well.
She then asks sorry to Abhinay and the latter is sportive about it.
We then move to the nomination. This time, everyone has to pick three contestants instead of two. The contestants with majority votes will be selected for the nomination.
Abhinay-
Imman Annachi- He is not talking much and is only showing a comical side.
Ciby- He didn’t do much in the week
Raju- He is not talking out if there is any issues.
Imman Annachi-
Priyanka- He feels that she is dominating
Akshara- She is very selective with people
Madhumitha- She is in a very confused state in recent times.
Priyanka-
Iyakki Berry- She didn’t like the words she used in the debate.
Imman Annachi- His words might hurt others.
Raju- He is playing a safe game
Varun-
Pavni- She is very short temper
Abhinay- He is probably his least favourite in the house.
Ciby- For holding grudge against Akshara and breaking her statue.
Iyakki-
Pavni- She is always in confused state
Madhumitha- She is partial
Ciby- He is very straight forward
Madhumitha-
Akshara, Varun and Raju- Very strong contestants.
Ciby-
Varun- He was active only when he was captain of the house.
Akshara and Abhinay- They are living in the comfort zone
Pavni-
Iyakki- The same reason as Priyanka’s
Thamarai, Raju- She couldn’t bond with them.
Raju-
Niroop, Priyanka- They are very tough contestants and also, they are fighting a lot these days. Nobody can identify if they are fighting as a strategy.
Thamarai- She is not trying to control her anger.
Akshara-
Ciby- It seems like he is holding a grudge.
Imman Ammachi- He is trying to create a fight between two other people
Pavni- For twisting words during the fight with Thamarai.
Niroop
Abinay- He is not thinking on his own
Raju- He is partial
Akshara- When Ciby had asked her to be in his team, she had called that team as a weak one.
Thamarai-
Abhinay- He is partial
Imman Annachi- The words he uses are hurtful
Pavni- Because of the fight
Isai-
Akshara- For the same reason as Niroop’s
Madhumitha- She must start talking to everyone
Imman Annachi- Uses words that are hurtful.
Final nominations- Raju, Akshara, Imman, Ciby, Abhinay, Pavni, Madhumitha.
Bigg Boss asks Pavni if she wants to use the coin to remove her from the nomination. She decides no.
Pavni requests Imman Annachi not to enter the living room without her permission. She picks Imman Annachi, Niroop, Ciby, Varun, Raju as the worst performer of the day and asks them to clean the bed.
