Day 44 of Bigg Boss 5 Tamil begins with Priyanka requesting Raju not to do cooking but vessel washing. He says he will do both. Varun then gives Raju punishment for not bathing early. He asks him to bath in the outside pump.
Priyanka and Niroop pour water on him for fun and he takes his revenge by pouring water on Priyanka.
The luxury budget task for the week is announced.
“Ullathai Ulla padi kaatum kanaadi”.
There will be two teams. One team will behave like themselves while the other team contestants must act like the Team A contestants’ reflection. (Example- If Priyanka is in team A, she will be acting like herself. One of the contestants from Team B must do whatever Priyanka does.) For the first day, Team A will do whatever Team B contestants do. For the next day, Team B contestants will do whatever Team A contestants do. It goes on until this week.
Team A- Ciby, Niroop, Isaivani, Iyakki, Priyanka, Pavni
Team B- Akshara, Abhinay, Imman, Raju, Thamarai, Varun
Team A will be the mirror reflection for the first day. Next day it will be vice versa.
Ciby will become the mirror reflection for Akshara
Niroop to Abhinay
Isai to Imman
Iyakki to Varun
Pavni to Raju
Priyanka to Thamarai
The round begins when the buzzer goes on. The mirror reflection must follow their contestant and in fact, they must dress like them, do whatever they do.
Bigg Boss would call each pair one by one. When their name is called, the pair must stand before the mirror-like frame, hold each other’s hand and the mirror reflection must talk about the contestant.
Each contestant and their mirror reflection will have a badge each. If they cannot coordinate with each other, the badge will be given to the other team. At the end of the week, the team with more badges are the winner of the Luxury Budget Task.
Akshara tells Abhinay that Ciby is not worth to talk about and she doesn’t want anything to hear from him. Abhinay consoles her.
Thamarai and Priyanka practice, while Raju wantedly does some moves and Pavni, follows it as per rules and everyone laughs at it.
We then see everyone doing funny things and their mirror reflection follows. Thamarai does somersault and Priyanka couldn’t do it.
Varun, who controls the whole restroom, ask people to enter the room by talking like a kid.
Abhinay trims his hair and Niroop, who is annoyed, follows it. Varun then asks Akshara and Ciby to trim Abhinay and Niroop’s hair.
Varun then makes Akshara pump water and he pours it on his head. Iyakki, who is his reflection, follows it.
Bigg Boss then calls Abhinay and Niroop to stand before the mirror. Niroop must talk about Abhinay now.
Niroop talks about how he thinks about Abhinay.
-Niroop wanted to know more about him initially. As days went by, he felt like a fake person.
-He acts like a caring person but Niroop doesn’t think that it is his original face
-He also thinks that Abhinay is the ‘Saguni’ of the house and is responsible for many fights.
-He doesn’t like the way Abhinay comes in between Niroop and Priyanka
-Niroop wants him to change.
-He says that he already knew the fact that he was growing his hair for a cancer patient, still, he made him cut his hair.
Abhinay is seen crying after hearing all these.
After the round ends, Everyone rushes to console Abhinay. The latter says that he is done. Priyanka asks Abhinay to talk to him later on.
Niroop tells Priyanka that he knew he was growing hair for cancer patients still wanted him to cut the hair.
Abhinay interrupts saying that he didn’t cut his hair but just trimmed it and it shouldn’t affect his donation. Niroop questions the thought itself.
Akshara says to Niroop that he didn’t do the task during Pavni’s leadership and if he had wanted to avoid this, he could’ve but he didn’t. Niroop says that he was playing for the team.
Later, Abhinay rants about how Niroop is picking up words and changing it whenever he wants. Niroop then uses bad words to tell that Abhinay is fake. The fight gets heated up and Abhinay says that he is done with Niroop for good. Later, he gives away his badge.
We then see Isaivani talk about Imman Annachi.
-She says that he has vast experience and she would love to learn from him but at times, he uses certain words which hurts her. She feels that he is not the same as everyone in the house.
Once Imman Annachi had bragged about the number of fans he has, comparing it with Isai.
Pavni, Isai and Abhinay were seen talking. Pavni says that she had no idea about who Imman Annachi was before entering this house.
It’s Ciby’s turn to talk about Akshara.
-He mentions how caring she is
-Says he always liked her and had tried his best to stay friends
-He then talks again about their fight and about the time where she had called the other team weak.
We then see Varun giving punishment to Iyakki and Akshara who had entered the restroom without his permission. He asks them to stand up on the bench and have a finger on their lips. They must talk like a baby throughout.
Niroop asks what had happened and Varun makes him stand up as well. While making fun of them, Varun accidentally pushes down the pillar where his coin is kept.
