Three cricketers and three team staff have tested positive ahead of India’s series against West Indies.
According to reports, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shikhar Dhawan and Shreyas Iyer along with three other staff members have tested positive. The players have landed in Ahmedabad on Monday and were tested upon arrival.
The members are currently in isolation and is unlikely to participate in the first few matches of the series. India will host West Indies in three ODIs and three T20Is.
The first of ODIs will start on February 6th and will take place in Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
